The aquatic environment is the ideal place to carry out a cardiovascular and toning training, very respectful with your joints, so these sessions are recommended for everyone, whatever your age or fitness level is.
Our Swimming lessons:
The aim of this program is to familiarize the kids with the aquatic environment working on hygiene habits, basic motor skills and small shifts so they can acquire aquatic motor autonomy. Building a good base in this environment will be important for further learning from age 6.
WET JUNIOR I
The aims in these ages are improving the skills inside the water and motor learning. The style techniques are introduced once the child has dominated the environment. However, the evolution of each child continues to be taken into account, in order to adapt the practice in each case, and the habits of order and hygiene.

Knowledge of the different water sports, physical maintenance work and introduction of training concepts.
Program of activities aimed at people from the age of 16 who like to swim and want to learn and / or improve their swimming style technique.
